Welcome to Happy Carousel Daycare! By enrolling your child or using our services, you agree to the following terms and policies:

1. Enrollment & Admission

• Enrollment is open to children from infants through high school.
• All required forms (registration, emergency contacts, health forms, and immunizations) must be completed before the child’s first day.
• Enrollment is subject to availability and is on a first-come, first-served basis.

2. Hours of Operation

• Happy Carousel Daycare is open Monday through Friday, 7am – 8pm.
• We are closed on major holidays and during posted closures.
• Late pick-ups may incur an additional fee.

3. Payments & Fees

• Tuition is due weekly or monthly, depending on the selected plan.
• Late payments may result in late fees or temporary suspension of services.
• No refunds are given for absences due to illness, vacations, or unexpected closures.

4. Safety & Behavior

• Safety is our top priority. We maintain age-appropriate supervision ratios at all times.
• Children must follow respectful behavior guidelines. Aggressive or harmful behavior may result in temporary or permanent dismissal.
• Parents will be informed of any concerns and involved in solutions when needed.

5. Health & Wellness

• Children must be free from fever or contagious symptoms for at least 24 hours before attending.
• If a child becomes ill during care, the parent/guardian will be contacted for immediate pickup.
• Medications may only be administered with written parental permission and must be in original containers.

6. Transportation

• We offer transportation for school-aged children as available.
• All children using transportation must follow safety rules and remain seated with seat belts fastened.
• Parents must notify staff of any transportation changes in advance.

7. Photos & Media

• We occasionally take photos and videos of children during activities for internal use and social media.
• Parents may opt out of media use by informing us in writing.

8. Termination of Services

• Happy Carousel Daycare reserves the right to discontinue care at any time due to non-payment, unsafe behavior, or policy violations.
• Parents may terminate services with 30 day written notice.

9. Updates to Terms

We may update our Terms of Service occasionally. Families will be notified of any major changes via email or posted notice.
